VAT
All of the prices for our products that you see within our store are displayed without VAT, which will be applied as you check out.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for all orders placed on-line over £100 (ex. VAT); otherwise there is a charge of £4.95 + VAT. It is possible to place an order by telephone, but a charge of £9.95 + VAT is payable.
Delivery
You can expect delivery of all stock items within 48 hours; however we aim for delivery within 24 and mostly achieve this.
Cancellations
It is not currently possible to change or cancel your order online, but should you need to do so just give us a call on 08444 992 992 (select option 1, then 2) and we will do this for you.
Returns
All returns must be authorised by us and you should obtain a collection reference as proof that the goods have been returned. Generally we are happy to consider claims if notified within 28 days from the invoice date, and will at our discretion provide a credit where goods have been lost, wrongly delivered or invoices, incorrectly despatched or have been delivered as a result of our error or damaged in transit. However, for us to agree a return the goods must be in the original packaging, protected by an outer box and in a re-saleable condition. |
